All roads in Marikina City passable

MANILA, Philippines—Almost all roads in Marikina are now passable to all types of vehicles, the Metro Manila Manila Development Authority said Wednesday.
In its Twitter account @MMDA, it said that all roads are open to traffic except Gil Fernando Avenue as of 12:30 p.m.
Floods caused by torrential rains southwest monsoon enhanced by a tropical storm near China inundated parts of Metro Manila early this week.
