Distressed UST Hospital gets help

MANILA, Philippines–The Philippine Army and personnel from the Philippine Red Cross were deployed Tuesday afternoon to University of Santo Tomas Hospital where flood has climbed to the building’s 2nd floor.
Manila City Administrator Jay Marzan said over Radyo Inquirer 990AM that they have already coordinated with Susan Cruz of the Office of Civil Defense and the Philippine Army for help.
Marzan rushed to V. Mapa, Sta. Mesa, Manila that was hit by shoulder-deep floods.
