Number coding scheme lifted in Metro Manila including Makati—MMDA

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced Tuesday that the number coding scheme has been lifted in Metro Manila including Makati City.
Earlier announcement excluded Makati in the lifting of the number coding scheme.
Meanwhile, floods were monitored in the following Metro Manila areas:
* Teneros Malabon, as of 7:00 a.m., neck deep;
* EDSA Aurora and P.Tuazon Tunnels both direction, as of 6:56 a.m., half tire deep;
* Quirino Sauyo, as of 7:04 a.m., not passable to types of vehicles;
* South Super Highway Buendia Dela Rosa, as of 7:20 a.m., not passable to light vehicles;
* NLEX Balintawak, as of 7:00 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* BBB McArthur, as of 6:17 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* Quezon Avenue Delta, as of 6:11 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* Quezon Avenue Araneta, as of 6:11 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* Quezon Avenue Centris EDSA NB, not passable to all types of vehicles;
* San Marcelino Taft Ayala, Manila, as of 6:37 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* Burgos Finance, Manila in front of Manila City Hall, as of 6:10 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* RMB Pureza as of 6:07 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
* C5 Libis Bypass Road going to RiverBanks, as of 6:47 a.m., not passable to all types of vehicles;
Radio reports also said that the Tullahan River has overflowed, rendering the portion of McArthur Highway near the river impassable to all types of vehicles.
