MANILA, Philippines—At around 2:35 pm Wednesday, the convoy bearing jailed Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo leaves the Veterans Memorial Medical Center, said various TV reports.
Arroyo has been on hospital arrest since November in 2011.
She was freed after posting Wednesday morning a P1-million bail at the Pasay City Regional Trial Court.
Her spokesman, lawyer Raul Lambino, earlier said Arroyo will proceed to her home at La Vista Subdivision in Quezon City.
