Fishing ban up in areas under typhoon signal – NDRRC chief Ramos

MANILA, Philippines – Undersecretary Benito Ramos of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Wednesday night said local governments in northern Luzon and the Cordillera Administrative Region have been told to prepare for tropical storm Dindo.

In an interview with Radyo Inquirer 990AM, Ramos said that a fishing ban has been imposed in areas placed under typhoon signal 2.
