The National Capital Region posted the lowest employment rate at 89.6 percent as well as the highest unemployment rate at 10.4 percent in April, according to the latest Labor Force Survey. The country registered an employment rate of 93.1 percent and an unemployment rate of 6.9 percent in the same period, according to the same study. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
