A white Mitsubishi Montero with no license plate, just conduction sticker BP 1102, was using a “wangwang” (siren) on June 13 at around 2:30 p.m. on Xavierville Avenue in Quezon City. It was accompanied by two MMDA traffic enforcers on motorcycles.—Roger Co, Manila

The MMDA should install a sign saying “No left turn on red signal” at Talayan Del Monte Bridge near Shell station in Quezon City. There are about four to five Quezon City traffic enforcers stationed in the area who wait for people to turn from West Riverside.
