3-truck collision on NLEX triggers traffic chaos

MANILA, Philippines—A three-truck collision caused a traffic gridlock on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Wednesday afternoon, a traffic official said.
Ella Seratos said the accident occurred at NLEX’s Malinta Exit around 3:30 p.m.
“The three vehicles are still [blocking] the way,” Seratos said, adding that no other information about the road crash was available.
She said NLEX traffic men were dispatch to the accident area to restore order. Jamie Marie Elona
