Corona staff given a month pack and leave

By

Chief Justice Renato Corona

MANILA, Philippines—The staff of Chief Justice Renato Corona has 30 days to pack and leave, acting Supreme Court spokesperson Gleo Guerra said Wednesday.

At a press conference, Guerra told reporters that acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio has been given 30 days to pack and turn over documents to the Supreme Court.

On the other hand, the Public Information Office, which is under the Office of the Chief Justice, has been extended until after a new Chief Justice has been appointed.

Guerra said it will be up to the new Chief Justice if the SC-PIO will be retained.
