MANILA, Philippines—Sarangani Representative and world boxing icon Manny Pacquiao’s net worth for 2011 reached P1.352 billion, making him the richest and the only billionaire congressman, papers from the 2011 Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) filed by members of the House of Representatives showed.
Pacquiao was followed by former first lady and Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos with a net worth of P932 million.

The poorest House member is Anakpawis Party-list Rep. Rafael, Mariano whose net worth was only P46,946.
The congressmen beat the April 30 deadline for the filing of SALN.
