MANILA, Philippines—Sarangani Representative and world boxing icon Manny Pacquiao’s net worth for 2011 reached P1.352 billion, making him the richest and the only billionaire congressman, papers from the 2011 Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) filed by members of the House of Representatives showed.

Pacquiao was followed by former first lady and Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos with a net worth of P932 million.

The poorest House member is Anakpawis Party-list Rep. Rafael, Mariano whose net worth was only P46,946.

The congressmen beat the April 30 deadline for the filing of SALN.

    • efffyoufools

i wonder where aquino got the millions he declared in his 2010 saln but did not declare in his ITR.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_LIAI3J4PISMOGFVMB4PLRZIMOI str8boy

      • http://survey.boxpinoy.com/corona.php Rare Earthling

I wonder where did you get that information

      • d q

      • OFW_Dubai

kaya nga ITR eh…INCOME Tax Return…income ba yung mana?

      • RobertoMagtuytoy

She’s back in business.

    • d q

I heard a rumor before that MVP paid her to stop claiming ownership of PLDT shares when Smart bought PLDT.

Imelda made the same claim when GMA7 launch their IPO.

  • popeyee

    • http://survey.boxpinoy.com/corona.php Rare Earthling

      Family business, in short Politics.

    • RobertoMagtuytoy

Know what I mean?

  • johnllander

Lumalabas na yung perang galing sa kurakot.  Almost a bilyon ni imelda ay tip of the iceberg lang yan sa mga ninakaw nila noon.

  • tarikan

Only P932M net worth?

  • PHtaxpayer

Pacquiao proves the Filipino can!  Well, in boxing at least.  Hehe.

I hope most of us can start thinking to be the best instead of “pwede na”.  We also need to demand better performance, accountability and transparency from our govt.  Pass the Freedom of Information Act and the RH Bill.  This is critical for stability and growth.

  • Ommm

Why a story on “net worth”?…. IMHO the more worth they have, the more worthless they become….

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/H64OMUZZAV6WFG3XNO4SUAYSJU bobski43

Ang billions ni manny  ay talagang pinag hirapan sa boxing arena alam yon nang buong mundo! pero ito kay madam “iron butterfly” sa-an nag galing? wlang iba “KAY JUAN DELA CRUZ” di bah? it’s on record guiness and history channel what dictator Ferdinand Marcos and Imelda did in their 20 yrs of dictatorial regime.

    • RobertoMagtuytoy

    Pacquiao’s net worth at P1.352B, Imelda’s at P932M—House papers….

This is good news for us.
At least, Congress has billionaire and millionaire congressmen.
It means to say….No more corruption as they are already rich.

  • manggoding

“The poorest is Anakpawis Party-list Rep. Rafael, Mariano whose net worth was only P46,946.”

  • aSwedishguy

How come that Imelda Marcos even have a single centavos  left?

Shouldn’t her wealth have been confiscated for a long time ago

  • mahuli

900 Million??? maybe more???  business woman ba si Imelda?

  • ddano

E, sinungaling talaga to the max!

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/SRLWUTE6TYKA332DDUG5E2YGUQ Sandiego
