CITIZENS’ CALL

Arrogant bus driver

/ 11:01 PM June 19, 2011

I would like to complain about the driver of a Jell Transport bus with plate number TYS 648 whose driver was so arrogant and ill-mannered. This happened at night on May 27. I got on the bus at Baclaran and he deliberately closed the automatic doors. I ended up getting pinned between the doors which was very painful. Instead of apologizing, he said hurtful words and then yelled at me after I got off the bus.—Ronald Bautista, 29, Cavite

Better air conditioning
