Gunmen shoot armored van’s guards in Alabang

MANILA, Philippines—Gunmen opened fire at security guards of an armored van in Alabang Town Center in Muntinlupa City Friday morning, police said.

Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz, spokesman of the Philippine National Police, said that three suspects shot at two security guards from the armored van at the mall at about 11:15 a.m.

Authorities have yet to determine the condition of the two guards, said Chief Inspector Jenny Tecson, spokesman of the Southern Police District.
