PS Bank asks SC to stop subpoena of Corona bank records
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — PS Bank has asked the Supreme Court to stop the Senate, acting as impeachment court, from issuing subpoenas to bank records of Chief Justice Renato Corona.
In its petition, the bank said the impeachment court committed grave abuse of discretion in granting the prosecution’s request.
