THE Norfil Foundation Inc., a social welfare agency based in Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, is calling the attention of the parents and relatives of abandoned minors under its care.

Jeruz Jeddan Piña, born on Oct. 25, 2009 at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City, was left by his mother, Jocelyn Latoy Piña to Felicana Guerero and Marcelino Briones of Sun-ok, Tuyom, Carcar City on Dec. 10, 2010.

Bryan P. Gungob, born on Sept. 6, 2009 at the Cebu City Medical Center, was abandoned by his mother Joanne C. Perpetua on Nov. 9, 2010. His father Francisco D. Gungob also left him on Jan. 15, 2011.

The foundation is requesting the parents or relatives of these minors to see or contact social workers Angelina Dungog, Sheryl Gacita or Griffith Riconalla at 3401170 or 3405722 from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Failure of the parents or relatives to appear or claim the children within three months will subject the latter for legal abandonment.
