4 alleged car thieves killed in pre-dawn shootout with Bulacan cops

MANILA, Philippines–Four alleged car thieves were killed in a pre-dawn shootout with police in Bulacan Thursday, a Philippine National Police spokesman said.

Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr. said that the suspects onboard a gray Isuzu pickup fought with authorities at the Muralla Subdivision, Barangay (village) Iba, Meycauayan City, Bulacan around 1:45 a.m.

The suspects have not been named as of posting time.
