5 dump trucks torched in Zamboanga del Sur

MANILA, Philippines—Four groups of armed men torched five dump trucks of a construction company in Zamboanga del Sur Thursday evening, a Philippine National Police spokesman said Friday.

Chief Superintend Agrimero Cruz Jr. said that the unidentified armed groups burned the dump trucks owned by Grace Construction based at Barangay (village) Nemenio , Josefina Zamboanga del Sur around 9 p.m. Thursday.

Police were investigating the case, he said.
