The payment of the fine imposed on Marlene Aguilar by Judge Bayani Vargas of Regional Trial Court Branch 219 is just one of many conditions specified by the new judge handling the murder case against Ivler who is asking the court’s permission to undergo surgery during the holidays.

The defense said it has paid P17,325 to  Quirino Memorial Medical Center where the suspect goes for check-ups.
