BELIEVE YOU ME…A LOT OF THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND MURDERING IS JUST THE OVERFLOW AND OVERLAPPING EFFORTS THE GLORIA ARROYO ADMINISTRATION ALLOWED.

THE PROBLEM IS PRESIDENT AQUINO’S, HOWEVER THESE CRIMES ARE NOT PART OF HIS ADMINISTRATIVE EFFORTS TO STOP THESE CRIMES.  THE CRIME NUMBERS ARE TOO HIGH AND REFLECT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, THE THOUGHT PROCESSING PEOPLE IN SOME DESPERATION MODE RESORT TO, RATHER THAN TO REMAIN CRIME-FREE OR TO SETTLE ARGUMENTS AND ISSUES IN MORE MUNDANE, SPIRITUAL AND LEGAL WAYS.

THE NCR, FOR ONE REGION, is a dog-eat-dog world where anything goes.  I was one time, interviewing an American shacked-up at Swagman Hotel in Ermita about 5 years ago, for a legal deposition about 9:00pm one evening.  I sat beside the window and heard a commotion outside (which was in the rear part of the Roxas Avenue hotel) across the street when a gang of 20 girls attacked another girl, stabbing her several times, then just walked away.  I called the cops and they came immediately.  But when you actually see crimes occurring, it gets personal.

The cowboy atmosphere of the country is a cause created by the political culture.  This I know.  Whenthe Penal Codes are not adhered to by the courts, and the justices of the land do not abide by the penalty phases and there is no incentive such as the death penalty for capitol crimes, you are sure to have this cultural community gone haywire.

well, if the government would bekind enough to spread the wealth then it wont be the NCR but country wide. no stupid robber will rob a chicken…or a banana..
