MPD bares route for Catriona Gray’s homecoming parade
MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Police District (MPD) – Traffic Enforcement Unit on Wednesday advised motorists going to Manila on Thursday afternoon that there will be roads affected by the homecoming parade of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
Gray’s grand homecoming parade will be on the streets of Makati and Manila on Feb. 21 (Thursday) at 2 p.m. onwards.
Here is the route for the grand parade:
From Sofitel; Left to Atang dela Rama St.;
Right – Vicente Sotto St.;
Left – Magdalena Jalandoni St.;
Right – Bukaneg St.;
Left – Roxas Blvd. (northbound);
Right – Kalaw Ave.;
Right – Taft Ave.;
Left – Buendia Ave.;
Right – Ayala Ave.;
End – in front of Rustan’s Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will also implement a stop-and-go traffic scheme for the parade. /jpv
