Sara Duterte rides big bike from Ilocos Norte to Isabela for HNP

LAOAG CITY, Philippines — Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio rode her big bike on Tuesday morning en route to Hugpong ng Pagbabago’s (HNP) next campaign rally in Santiago City, Isabela, from this city.

Duterte-Carpio, HNP’s founder and campaign manager, rode her Yamaha XSR900 which she named “Ella” in her trip.

The province of Isabela is more than 400 kilometers away from the capital city of Ilocos Norte.

The presidential daughter was accompanied by “Elvis,” her “Dabawenya Malamute” stuffed toy.

Duterte-Carpio usually travels with Elvis and Ella, which have their own Instagram account.

The Davao City mayor will try to drum up voters from Isabela on Tuesday afternoon.

HNP is endorsing the candidacy of 13 senatorial bets, all of whom are allies and supporters of President Duterte. /cbb
