Discharged US army serviceman arrested in QC buy-bust

MANILA, Philippines — A discharged member of the US Army was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Quezon City on Thursday.
Operatives of the Cubao Police Station launched the bust against Allan Gayoso, a US citizen, along St. Mary Street corner Columbia Street in Barangay E. Rodriguez at around 3 a.m, the Quezon City Police District reported.

Police then arrested Gayoso after consummating the deal with a poseur buyer. Confiscated from him were 11 sachets of suspected “shabu” worth P7,000 and P500 used in the buy-bust.
Police said the suspect was detained at the Cubao Police Station as drug charges were prepared against him. /cbb
