Alleged ‘queen of car thieves’ nabbed in Bulacan

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — A woman, suspected of leading a Central Luzon gang of car thieves, was arrested in Pulilan town on Thursday (Aug. 16), the Bulacan police said on Friday (Aug. 17).

Police served a warrant of arrest issued by the Bulacan court on Jenelyn Morales, who was charged for violating the car theft law (Republic Act No. 10883).

Morales allegedly heads an organized crime group, which steals vehicles it rents from car rental agencies or private individuals.
