On the second day of the week-long test run of the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) traffic scheme on Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (Edsa), over 2,700 motorists have been flagged down by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

A total of 2,715 vehicles have violated the new traffic scheme at the jam-packed Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) as of 2:20 pm, according to the MMDA.

The government agency launched the HOV scheme on Wednesday when the MMDA recorded nearly 3,000 violations in the morning.
