Araneta Victory – knee deep, not passable to all types of vehicles as of 7:09 a.m.
EDSA Mother Ignacia – gutter deep, passable to all types of vehicles as of 6:39 a.m.
EDSA before Camp Aguinaldo Gate 2 – gutter deep, passable to all types of vehicles as of 7:59 a.m.
EDSA Aurora Tunnel – gutter deep, passable to all types of vehicles as of 6:25 a.m.
