Acting CJ Carpio allows early dismissal for courts in flooded areas

Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio has allowed the early dismissal for courts in flooded areas.

The acting CJ meanwhile gave executive judges the discretion to determine the necessity for an early work dismissal.  /muf
