  • Laguna, and
  • the rest of Central Luzon.

Pagasa said Inday may intensify into a tropical storm within 24 hours.

Inday was last spotted 660 kilometers (km) east southeast of Basco, Batanes.

With maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 65 kph, Inday was moving eastward at 15 kph.

Sea travel is risky over the western seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon due to rough to very rough seas.
