Fire hits elementary school in Pasig City
A fire broke out in an elementary school in Pasig City on Saturday morning, an official from the Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP) said.
Fire Officer 1 Arlene Peralta confirmed to INQUIRER.net that the fire destroyed the sixth floor of Nagpayong Elementary School in Pasig City.
According to Peralta, the BFP received and verified the fire report at 11:15 a.m. and raised a second alarm at 11:23 a.m.

The blaze was declared fire out at 11:55 a.m.
Investigation on the cause of the fire incident is still underway.
