Duterte names frat brod as Comelec commissioner

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed his fraternity brother at the San Beda University-based Lex Talionis Fraternitas as commissioner of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go confirmed that Duterte has named Justice Undersecretary Antonio Kho Jr. to the post vacated by then commissioner and now Comelec Chair Sheriff Abas.
