Brace for heavy traffic as several vehicular accidents reported on Edsa
Motorists and commuters rushing home may find themselves stuck in heavy traffic as the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority reported several vehicular accidents along Edsa late Friday afternoon.
In its Twitter alert at 5 p.m., the MMDA said the vehicular accident at the northbound lane of EDSA-FB Harrison involved a car, an AUV and a truck.
It said MMDA traffic enforcers were at the site to manage traffic.
Another vehicular crash happened at EDSA-Magallanes northbound involving an SUV and a car as of 5:41 p.m., the MMDA reported. It said two lanes were jammed because of the accident.
At 5:38 p.m., MMDA said a vehicular accident at Edsa-Guadalupe northbound involved two buses and one lane has been occupied.
At the Edsa Central northbound, the MMDA said another bus was involved in an accident at 5:29 p.m., adding that one lane has been occupied. No other details were given./ac
