1 dead, 4 hurt in Batangas accident
SAN PEDRO CITY – A man died while four others were hurt in a road accident in San Juan town in Batangas province, police said Monday.
The Batangas police office identified the lone fatality as Antonio Carredo.

It said Carredo and his family were on a tricycle when they were hit by a sports utility vehicle (SUV) driven by King Philip Limbo at about 8 p.m. Sunday in Barangay (village) Nagsaulay.
Others injured were identified as Biador Evangelista Jr., Dolores Carredo, Editha Evangelista, and Judith Ann Evangelista.
The police arrested the SUV driver as an investigation continued. /cbb
