Some areas in Valenzuela are not passable to light vehicles due to flooding caused by inclement weather, its local government said on Tuesday.

These areas not passable to light vehicles as of 3:00 p.m.:

(1) Coloong 1 to Tiwala: 11-12 inches of flood.

(2) Mabolo M. Hernandez near the bridge: 10-11 inches of flood.
